| Taqleed is acting upon the verdict of the Mujtahid (highly learned in Islamic knowledge). Taqleed is obligatory on the rules of Shariah on every one who is unable to deduct the evidences of Islamic rules. He must them do Taqleed to make his deeds based on the evidences of a highly learned (Mujtahid). Following the Masoom is must and it is not Taqleed but following the teachings of Allah which come from the Masoom.
