Lucknow :Molana Kamraan Haider of Sarfarazia , Lucknow was yesterday shot by some unknown person.
The incident took place on 4th Feb around 8 P.m when Molana was sitting in his shop near Safaid Masjid. Reportedly an unknown person went inside the shop, had a chat with Molana and then fired in his chest and feet.
Molana was immediately admitted in local Medical College but due to his critical condition, he was shifted to the Trauma Centre of KGMU.
Molana is presently under treatment but his conditions is said to be critical.
As per reports , Molana had come back from Syria a year back.
Molana was doing his Religious Studies in Syria. Molana was in his shop , where he does his cloth business , when he was attacked.
Molana Yasoob Abbas, Molana Iftikari and other Shia Clerics ( Molanas) came to see him in the Trauma Centre.
Molana is said to be having no hatred or enemity with any person . The family is clueless about the attacker.
As soon the news of attack on Molana Kamraan spread in Lucknow, rumours were made and the attack was corelated with the recent communal violence in Lucknow.
Many people said that , Molana was attacked on Secterian grounds but the family of Molana didnt agreed with any such rumour or statement.
This target attack has raised once again many questions and this attack seems to be one of its kind in Lucknow.
After Wazirgunj incident Shias in Lucknow dont seem to be completely safe and any such attack can increase the apprehensions of the Shia Muslims living in Lucknow.
