A Shia digital library in Chinese language has been set up in Isfahan.
This is according to Hossein Ghazali Esfeheani, director of Qaemiya Computer Research Center in Isfahan, who said it is the world’s first digital library of Shia works in Chinese.
He said the library has been established thanks to the efforts made by scholar and researcher Hojat-ol-Islam Asgar Aghayi.
“It has been registered by the Culture ministry’s Center for Development of Information Technology and Digital Media.”
Ghazali Esfeheani added that the library contains books such as the Holy Quran, Mafatih-ul-Jinan, as well as books on Quran interpretation, Shia and Islamic beliefs, Sharia laws, etc.
He noted that internet users can refer to www.ghaemiyeh.com to use the library’s books, and that mobile phone and tablet versions of the library’s books will be made available in the near future.
