This was announced by two Speakers in a ceremony in their honor organized by the Parliamentary Peace Committee and the Board of Mosques in Chinnar Bagh. Chief Minister of Gilgit-Baltistan Mehdi Shah, Speaker of Legislative Assembly Wazir Baig, Provincial Ministers, Members of Legislative Assembly and a Parliamentary Peace Committe, Members of the Mosque Board including Senior government officials also attended the function.
Addressing the function Friday Imam of Imamia Mosque Gilgit Allama Syed Rahat Hussain ul Hussaini said that, Allah Almighty has given us the strength to get together, to strengthen the Nation and to improve the bad situation so this can bring the Peace to the region and everyone can perform their religious duties.
He said that the meetings were held before but it did not bring any profit. If we faithfully follow the two things the peace could be established. Adopt the Piety and second,establish justice. This law is not only for scholars but it is for all.
He said that my signature and Qazi Nisar's sign on the code of conduct has proved that all sects are accurate to Islam.We must work within our jurisdiction. Agreement on the Companions and Imams, is signed. So there is no room for corruption. If we follow this then peace is possible. He said that if any one proves that I have given orders to kill someone or issued a Fatwa or even buy a bullet I will resign and I am ready to go home. I feel sad if any Sunni is killed as much as i feel sorrow on the Shia Killing.He said that according to the Code of Conduct 2012 Shia-Sunni are brothers.
Addressing the Function, Molana Qazi Nisar said that, after the critical conditions God has given us the opportunity to sit together so we can bring peace. This great religion was led us through Allah's Prophet.Its our duty to adhere to this. Every Sin could be forgiven but Shirk (to share Allah's Authority) is not forgiven. Allah has given this religion. After many sacrifices and difficulties we had this country.P.P.P governs the Gilgit-Baltistan and P.P.P has a history.
He said that I don't want to go into past because the religious group is been defamed. We were arrested after 2005 but after that the agreement was held but not implemented yet. I asked many times to get it implemented but it has not been yet.Agreements has its legitimate Islamic position but administration has also failed to act up on. Therefore, what ever was the situation I do not take any responsibility because I had paid all my duties for this. I will go any where, where ever I will be invited for the Peace. But government should establish its writ and I do agree with Allama Rahat Hussain ul Hussaini that Justice should be done to establish Peace in the area. Security forces have failed and media also supports this, so it needs improvement.
Qazi Nisar said that, I and Allama Rahat Hussain ul Hussaini have completed our responsibility. Now if the state is not being able to act upon, its their failure. Government and forces play their roles. We always played as big brother and will continue in the future.
Molana Qazi Nisar said that, I support Allama Rahat that Shia remain Shia and Sunni as Sunni. There is no pressure here, as we are brothers and no one leave its own faith and also do not interrupt in others,so peace is possible. All Sects, Shia, Sunni, Ismaeli, and Noor Bakhshi are the Islamic sects and. We should value each other so their murder and killings are illegal and un-Islamic.
I condemn the all terrorism events in G.B. We will have to work together as a Nation to tackle the situation and we have to move forward for Peace together as a Nation.
